The carrier assigned to your shipment is the party responsible for the physical transport and for cargo liability.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and current market conditions. Material changes — vehicle size, operability, location accessibility, added items or date changes — may alter the price. Any revised price is confirmed with you before dispatch.
No deposit is charged until a carrier is confirmed. The balance is typically paid to the driver at delivery by the method disclosed before pickup.
Cancellations before carrier assignment are free. After a carrier has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the driver's committed routing.
All dates are estimates. Weather, traffic, mechanical issues and federal hours-of-service rules can affect timing. We are not liable for consequential losses such as rental car costs, lost wages or missed appointments resulting from delays.
You warrant that you are authorized to ship the vehicle and that it has been accurately described. Personal items left in the vehicle are transported at your own risk and are not covered by carrier cargo insurance.
Damage must be noted on the delivery Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Claims are filed against the carrier's cargo insurance; we will assist you with the process.
